Our menus are based around what is available in our organic gardens each day.
Rejuvenation meals are simple, delicious and use as many home produced ingredients as possible. We make our own butter, cheese and yoghurt, produce meat from our own animals and grow our own vegetables and herbs.
We recommend a variety of organic juices, smoothies and soft drinks and also have a range of fine New Zealand wines available at the bar.
Our organic herbal teas are all grown on Takaro and hand dried and blended for maximum freshness, flavour and benefit.
