Symptoms:
Catching a cold, beginning of diarrhea, feeling cold and sick, vomiting, headache and dizziness.
Ingredients:
15 g ginger
15 g tea leaves (whatever tea you have)
150 ml water
How to prepare the soup:
Wash the ginger, cut it on small thin pieces (short thin sticks) and put in the pot. Add tea leaves and water and bring it to boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes and the soup is done. Separate water from the rest and divide it on two parts.
How to use it:
Drink hot twice a day, one part in the morning and the other in the evening. Continue doing so for two to three days.
