Symptoms: coughing when having a cold.
Ingredients: 200g daikon/turnip, 1 tea spoon of crystal sugar, 200ml of water.
How to prepare and use it: wash daikon well and cut it on very thin sticks (don’t peel it before). Put it in a pot, add water and sugar and boil until sugar dissolves. Prepare once a day and eat once a day. Continue doing so for 3 days. Eat hot in the winter and lukewarm in summer.
