Symptoms: coughing because of having a lot of phlegm in throat.
Ingredients: 100g daikon/turnip, 5g tea leaves (whichever kind of tea), salt, water.
How to prepare and use it: wash daikon and cut it on slices. Put it in a pot, add a little bit of water (not to much) and boil until it becomes soft. Add a little bit of salt. Put tea leaves in a cup, add separately prepared boiled water and leave it for 5 minutes. Remove the leaves and pour the water (tea) over daikon. Prepare once a day and eat twice a day until you feel well.
