Ingredients: 10 slices of fresh ginger, 7g of tea leaves, 600ml of water.
How to prepare and use it: put ginger and tea leaves together in a pot, add water and boil until you are left with 300ml of water. Remove ginger and leaves from the water and just drink the water. Prepare once a day and drink warm twice a day. Drink it after a meal. Continue doing so until you feel well.
