Symptoms: coughing because of catching a cold (caused by cold weather or coldness).
Ingredients: 60g fresh ginger, 30g brown sugar.
How to prepare and use it: cut ginger on slices. Fry sugar in a pen until it turns black. Then add ginger and 800ml water and bring it to boil. Continue boiling for 10 minutes then turn off. Remove ginger and just drink the water. Prepare once a day and drink hot twice a day until you feel well.
