Ingredients: 200g celery, 5-10 dates, 1 liter of water.

How to prepare and use it: wash celery and dates, cut celery and put it together with dates in a pot. Add water and boil until you are left with 600ml of water. Prepare once a day, separate on two parts and eat twice a day until your blood pressure is normal. Eat celery and dates as well, not just the water.

How to prepare and use it: put water shield and crystal sugar in a water, bring it to boil and continue boiling until you are left with 600ml of water. Prepare once a day, separate on two parts and eat warm twice a day. Continue doing so until your blood pressure is stable.

Ingredients: 100g spinach, sesame oil, water.

How to prepare and use it: wash the spinach. Separately boil the water, turn it off and put the spinach in the water for 3 minutes. Take it out, add a little bit of sesame oil and mix it. Prepare twice a day and eat twice a day. Continue doing so until you feel better.

How to prepare and use it: wash celery and grapes and put everything in a machine to squeeze fresh juice out of it. Prepare once a day, separate on two parts and drink twice a day. How to prepare and use it: put all the ingredients in a pot, add water and boil until you are left with 600ml of water. Remove all the ingredients and just drink the water. Prepare once a day and drink twice a day. Continue doing so until you blood pressure is stable.

Ingredients: 30g raw peanuts, 30g corn, water.

How to prepare and use it: put peanuts and corn in a pot, add water and cook until corn is cooked. Separate the water (you don’t drink the water) and eat corn with peanuts. Prepare and eat once a day. Continue doing so till you feel better.

How to prepare and use it: cut daikon and white gourd skin on small pieces, put all together in a pot, add water and boil until white gourd skin is soft. Prepare once a day, separate on two parts and eat twice a day until you feel better.
